That is the key of course…to be a seeker…an open minded seeker of the truth.
These days we encounter many “opinions” about what it takes to achieve and maintain health. Many of those opinions are methods that not only don’t work they can actually contribute to us losing health. For example…”make sure to get ample servings of whole grains”, “Eating red meat is bad for you”, “an hour on the treadmill on an empty stomach is how you burn the most fat” etc…
