Working with a world-class trainer can be invaluable. Every day I see people exercising with horrible form doing the same thing over and over with little to no results. All it would take is a few sessions to show them a safer way to train, a better intensity to train at and more efficient ways of getting the job done to see huge changes.
Over the past 18 years, I’ve developed a very systematic approach to the way I train. All new clients are assessed to determine their goals, current levels of cardiovascular strength, muscle strength, coordination, and core strength. Once we have all that info I can help by offering ongoing training, custom-designed programs to do on your own or I can walk you through your current program to make sure your form and intensity are where it should be.
My focus is on helping people achieve fast yet long-term results through challenging and varied workouts that involve strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, core training, and innovative stretching techniques.

With Semi-Private sessions, I’m closely coaching two clients in the hour.
Sessions are done in a brand new, state of the art, Elite, Private Gym downtown Vancouver with no membership required.
