Nutrition Consulting with Bioprint

Includes BioPrint Analysis.
Initial Sessions are around 1.5 hours in length. Follow up sessions (weeks 4, 8 and 12) are around 20 minutes.
Clients are put on a 12 week, structured whole foods eating plan based around their unique metabolism and tailored towards their goals.
I also provide detailed Meal Plans, Delicious Recipes, and Support along the way.
