Working with a good trainer can be invaluable. Almost everyday I see people exercising with horrible form doing the same thing over and over with little to no results. All it would take is one session to show them a safer way to train, a better intensity to train at and more efficient ways of getting the job done to see big changes.

Over the past decade I’ve developed a very systematic approach to the way I train. All new clients are assessed to determine their goals, current levels of cardiovascular strength, muscle strength, coordination and core strength. Once we have all that info I can help by offering ongoing training, custom designed programs to do on your own or I can walk you through your current program to make sure your form and intensity is where it should be.

My focus is on achieving long-term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts. I implement innovative fitness techniques involving strength training, cardiovascular work, functional training, core training and yoga postures into almost every workout.
Couple this with my famous nutrition challenges and whole food eating plans and you have a recipe for success!
