Working with a good trainer can be invaluable. Almost everyday I see people exercising with horrible form doing the same thing over and over with little to no results. All it would take is one session to show them a safer way to train, a better intensity to train at and more efficient ways of getting the job done to see big changes.
Over the past decade I’ve developed a very systematic approach to the way I train. All new clients are assessed to determine their goals, current levels of cardiovascular strength, muscle strength, coordination and core strength. Once we have all that info I can help by offering ongoing training, custom designed programs to do on your own or I can walk you through your current program to make sure your form and intensity is where it should be.
My focus is on helping people achieve long-term results through challenging and varied workouts that involve strength training, cardiovascular work, functional training, core training and innovative stretching techniques.
