Working with a world-class trainer can be invaluable. Every day I see people exercising with horrible form doing the same thing over and over with little to no results. All it would take is a few sessions to show them a safer way to train, a better intensity to train at and more efficient ways of getting the job done to see big changes.

Over the past 16 years, I’ve developed a very systematic approach to the way I train. All new clients are assessed to determine their goals, current levels of cardiovascular strength, muscle strength, coordination and core strength. Once we have all that info I can help by offering ongoing training, custom-designed programs to do on your own or I can walk you through your current program to make sure your form and intensity are where it should be.

My focus is on helping people achieve long-term results through challenging and varied workouts that involve strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, core training and innovative stretching techniques.
Couple this with my famous real food eating plans and you have a recipe for success!

In Person Fitness Coaching Prices

All coaching sessions are 45 minutes in length – Clients are generally in the gym for around 60 minutes with warm-up, cool-down etc.
Sessions are done in an Elite, Private Gym downtown Vancouver with no membership required.
