How does the system work?
Once someone signs up for Online Coaching there is an initial conversation done via Skype, the phone or email if preferred. Once I have all the information I need about your goals, current nutrition plan, current level of fitness and available exercise equipment I get to work on a plan I know you’ll succeed with. We then communicate weekly to make sure you are on track and seeing progress.
The Workout Programs are delivered via Google Sheets. This way you can enter all your workout info (weights, sets etc) on the go. I check in on the workouts weekly to make sure progress is happening at the right pace. I’ve been trained by the best coaches in the world on program design so these aren’t your typical simple programs you’ll get with other coaches. Your workout programs will update every 3-4 weeks depending on your schedule and goals.
