Stage two of ‘The Jade Way’ system – Nutrition
Each of us can be as unique in our nutrient requirements as we are with our fingertips. This is one of the reasons you might gain weight just looking at a bagel while other people seem to be able to eat them all day without gaining a pound. Frustrating right?! Through a system called Metabolic Typing I test each client to identify what foods, ratios of protein, fat and carbohydrates their unique body needs.
After a clients Metabolic Type is determined we do a detailed lifestyle assessment where I look at factors such as current food quality, eating habits, food sensitivities, digestion, sleep habits, toxicity and stress levels. With all this information I’m able to tailor a structured whole foods eating plan plan for each individual based around their unique metabolism and tailored towards their goals. While on their eating plan clients are encouraged to check in with me through phone calls, emails or even texts to stay focused and on course.
A heathy lean body is usually a side effect of being on one of my programs, so is increased energy, strength, performance, mental clarity and reduced physical pain.
At no time during my programs will you be weighing your food, adding points or counting calories. No gimmicks…just real results done the healthy way…The Jade Way!
